Tenant, buyer and landlord data.
You hold ID, references and financial details for tenants, buyers and landlords. We connect only what each job needs and agree where it is stored before we build.
We sign a data processing agreement with you under UK GDPR. Anything going to an applicant, tenant or landlord can be held for a person to approve.

Can you connect to our property software?
Most agency CRMs offer an API or regular exports. We check what yours allows in the audit, before you commit to a build. If there is no way in, we will say so.
Will applicants know they are talking to AI?
