Quote requests
Requests from every channel end up in one place. The customer is asked what you would ask anyway: size of the property, how often, any access notes. A draft quote from your price list then waits for you to approve it.
AI automation · Cleaning companies
Plenty of cleaning businesses are run from one phone. Quote requests come in by email, Facebook and the website. Cleaners swap shifts on WhatsApp. Invoices go out when someone finds a spare evening.
We automate the routine parts, using the tools you already have where we can. You still set the prices and decide who goes where.

This is where cleaning companies usually lose the most time.
Requests from every channel end up in one place. The customer is asked what you would ask anyway: size of the property, how often, any access notes. A draft quote from your price list then waits for you to approve it.
When a cleaner drops a shift, the people who are free and know that site get a text. The first one to accept goes on the rota. If nobody does, you hear about it straight away.
New starters get a link to a checklist. They upload ID, right-to-work documents and bank details from their phone, and reminders keep going until it is done.
Finished jobs become invoices in Xero or QuickBooks without retyping. Regular clients are billed on schedule. Overdue invoices get reminders that get firmer over time.
At the end of a job the cleaner takes before and after photos. They are filed against the site and sent to the client as a short report, which helps a lot when a complaint comes in.
If your problem isn't listed, ask us anyway. Tell us about it.

Every project starts with a small pilot on one job. We only roll out what works.
A free 30-minute call about where your team's time goes. If there is enough to work on, we suggest the audit.
We choose one job for a small pilot and write down how we will judge it, for example hours saved each week. You get the price before we build anything.
The pilot runs on your own work for about two weeks, with a person checking what it does. If the pilot doesn't earn its keep, we'll tell you and you stop there.
If it works, we quote a fixed price to roll it out. After that we can look after it on a Care Plan.

For most cleaning companies one sprint on quotes or rota cover is the best first step. Prices exclude VAT where it applies. Tool subscriptions are billed to you at cost.
From £495 one-off, credited against any sprint
Find out what is worth automating first, and what it would save, before you spend money on a build.
From £2,500 fixed price, about 2 weeks
One workflow built and live in about two weeks. For example, a new enquiry gets an AI reply, goes into your CRM and gets a booking link.
From £400 per month
We keep your automations running and make one small improvement each month.

You hold staff ID documents, client addresses and sometimes keys or alarm codes. We connect only what each workflow needs and agree where it is stored before we build.
We sign a data processing agreement with you under UK GDPR. Quotes, prices and anything else that goes to a customer can wait for your approval.

It depends how long the admin takes now. If quotes and invoices eat a day a week, there is usually something worth doing. The audit will tell you, and its fee comes off a sprint if you go ahead.
Usually not. Most of this runs through text messages, WhatsApp or a simple web link on their phone.
If your software has an API, or can send emails and exports, we can normally connect to it. Spreadsheets are fine too.
Yes. When an assistant replies, the message says so. Quotes go out only after you have checked them.
